Orders & Shipping
Orders may be placed online at www.baktijewelry.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. Every piece is made to order so please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If the item is estimated to be ready before that window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. If you need your order shipped by a specific date, e-mail us at info@baktijewelry.com and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Orders placed during holiday seasons may take longer and you will notified if the production time is longer than usual.
We offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders once the piece is complete. To protect your jewelry package, all orders are insured with a jewelry insurance shipping provider.
