Returns + Exchanges
We hope that you are in love with your BAKTI jewels! For any reason you feel otherwise, we will guide you through a return or exchange. We accept returns and exchanges within seven days of receiving the item. The items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. After the seven-day period all items are final sale. Since our jewels are made to order, if you choose to return an item there will be a 15% restocking fee. To protect the jewels, we will provide a return label so the package is insured properly. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding shipping fees. If by any chance you ordered an incorrect ring size, we will resize your ring free of charge. All personalized merchandise and sale items are final sale.
BAKTI reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item that fails to meet the requirements above
Returns/Exchanges for U.S. orders:
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return or exchange. We will issue you a pre-paid return label, a RA number and a return/exchange form which must be filled out.
Place the jewelry in the original packaging along with your invoice and return/exchange form.
Stick the pre-paid return label on the package and take it to your nearest UPS.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return or exchange will then be processed promptly.
